of Health and Human Resources.

PROPOSED LAW PRESENTED TO THE COMMITTEE:
This bill authorizes the pay equity adjustments within the various agencies of DHHR, requiring
the adjustments within existing appropriations and exempting this from the provisions of §29-6A- 1 et seq. (Grievance)
